The Greenway Park Board of Directors is excited to provide you with a more enhanced web page that will have up to date information and access to the management company website where you can pay your assessments online, log in a maintenance request, view minutes and financials and submit an architectural application.

We are very excited to announce that GWP has a new management company! AMI - Advanced Management is a professional Colorado HOA management company that prides itself on providing exceptional service with honesty and integrity.

The GWP Board of Directors is asking that homeowners be patient with AMI during this initial transition period. There is a lot to do to get our community up and running with a new management company...they need to transfer and set up homeowner accounts, transfer and set up new bank accounts, set up new contracts with vendors and other providers and that is just few of the major to-do's. It really is quite a large endeavor.
