MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO: Greenway Park Homeowners Association – Make sure to include the address for which the dues are to be applied in the memo line of your check. Cash will NOT be accepted.
2012 ASSESSMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Single Family Dues $86.49 per month (trash is included)
Town homes Dues $136.73 (trash is included); Carport fee $3.00
RV Lot Fees
RV Lots Spaces 1-58 $25 per month
RV Lots Spaces 59-71 $40 per month
WHEN IS THE ASSESSMENT DUE?
Assessments are due on 1st day of the month.
Late Fee charges will be applied if not paid by 30th of the month.
$25 late fee; $10 collection fee; 6% per annum interest
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Can my payments be made electronically?
A: Yes as of February 1. Log on to your account by accessing www.gwphoa.org . Click on the link that says view “View Your Account /Pay Your Assessment” on the right hand side of the home page. This link will take you to the Senearthco website and this is where you will need to enter your username and password. (You will need your welcome letter to obtain the security key if you are logging in for the first time. If you have not received one please contact us.) From your account you can pay the banking portal you can pay your dues via eCheck or recurring eCheck. A credit card payment option is also available with a bank processing charge which depends on the payment amount. Cards currently accepted are MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you would like to sign up for automatic withdrawal for your monthly dues you may sign up for either ACH or eCheck through the online payment portal link after logging into your account. (Use Management ID: 5540; Association ID: GWP1)
Q: I already have automatic payments set up with the past management company. Will this automatic payment continue?
A: No. To respect your privacy, Advanced Management cannot transfer any personal financial information from your previous management company. Automated payment for the month of January WILL NOT be processed by your previous management company. Payments can be made electronically or by mail.
Q: Will I receive a coupon book for payments?
A: No, the Board of Directors has voted not to send out coupon books. This will save the HOA approximately $3K.
