We are very excited to announce that GWP has a new management company! AMI - Advanced Management is a professional company that prides itself on providing exceptional service with honesty and integrity.
The GWP Board of Directors is asking that homeowners be patient with AMI during this initial transition period. There is a lot to do to get our community up and running with a new management company...they need to transfer and set up homeowner accounts, transfer and set up new bank accounts, set up new contracts with vendors and other providers and that is just few of the major to-do's. It really is quite a large endeavor. We are hoping to have a majority of the transition done by mid February!
PAYMENTS MADE TO THE PRIOR COMPANY WILL BE FORWARDED TO ADVANCED MANAGEMENT. YOU WILL RECIEVE A STATEMENT IN FEBRUARY THAT WILL RECONCILE THE BALANCE.
