Clubhouse Rental Rates
For rental information please visit the ProShop or print the request form and agreement on the secured portion of the website by clicking on Account Login and selecting Property Information tab.
RULES: Homeowners who are 30 days or more delinquent in their assessment account will not be eligible for pool use and will be asked to pay full price for golf course use. POOL USE FEES (see property information tab for full details) *Unlimited Use and Non-Member Season Passes allow up to 6 people at a time. At least one Member must be present with guests. *Season Passes will run from Saturday, May 28th through Monday, September 5th. *Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Sunday – Thursday) *Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Friday & Saturday) *After School Starts*: 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday) 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Saturday & Sunday) Barcode Replacement - $10.00 per card/sticker
