With seating for up to 75 guests, bright interior spaces, and convenient onsite amenities, our clubhouse is the ideal place to create memorable experiences for family, friends, coworkers, and community members.
Clubhouse Amenities
Your rental includes access to tables and chairs, a full kitchen, serving window, refrigerator, dishwasher, ice access, Wi-Fi, televisions, restrooms, and convenient onsite parking. The clubhouse also features a cozy fireplace and access to nearby outdoor amenities, including a park area, golf course surroundings, and sand volleyball courts.
Additional rental options, including table covers and pool access, are available for an added fee.
Rental Information
The clubhouse is available for reservations daily between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Renters may enter the facility up to one hour before the scheduled reservation time to allow for setup and preparation. All cleanup and departure must be completed by the end of the reserved rental period.
Rental pricing varies depending on homeowner status, day of the week, and rental timeframe. Special pricing is available for Greenway Park HOA homeowners. Full rates are listed at the bottom of the page.
A refundable $300 deposit check is required to secure all reservations.
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and may be booked up to one year in advance.

Rental Policies
Outside food and beverages are welcome, and alcohol is permitted; however, all food and beverages must be supplied by the renter. Decorations are permitted inside the clubhouse, but confetti is strictly prohibited.
To maintain the quality and cleanliness of the facility, renters are responsible for returning all tables and chairs to the designated storage area, vacuuming the rental space, removing all trash and replacing trash bags, wiping down countertops and appliances used, and rinsing dishes before placing them in the dishwasher.
Smoking is not permitted inside the clubhouse facility. Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Noise restrictions begin promptly at 10:00 PM. All events must remain within the maximum occupancy limit of 75 guests.
